All hiring, teacher and principal, is done at the local school site. By Canon Law, the pastor, as chief administrator of the parish, is the hiring authority and makes all final decisions in hiring teachers and principals.

Application and Hiring Process

The application and hiring process is broken into two phases. Phase one deals with a Pre-Application Packet Letter, the Diocesan Policy regarding the hiring of Lay Employees, the Pre-Application Statement, and the Applicant Questionnaire.
